Shipping policy

Please note we are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.  You can also upgrade your shipping to include insurance from USPS. Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with you package once marked "delivered".

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office.

Also,  please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers.

We offer free shipping on orders over a specified amount.  This will be revealed on either the home, product or checkout pages. 

Shipping
  • Shipment may take approximately 7 to 24 business days to reach your destination. 
  • Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you.
  • Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
  • We use  USPS, Fedex,  UPS and other International Services

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Shipping to Canada: We currently ship to Canada using USPS Priority Mail. All orders ship for a flat fee of $25.00, so add as many things as you'd like to your cart! We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs/import/duty charges once the package leaves the US.
